Data controller
EasyYachtClub, a French SASU currently being registered, represented by Mr Enzo Cartier, 66 rue Maurice, 33300 Bordeaux. Until the company is registered, Mr Enzo Cartier personally acts as data controller. The rights and obligations attached to this processing will be taken over by the company upon registration, without any change to the purposes described below.

Data collected
We collect only what is necessary to let you know when the club opens.

We do not ask for your postal address, your phone number, or any information about your boat beyond its category.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed to keep you informed about the launch of the club and the terms reserved for founding members. The legal basis is yourconsent, collected through an unticked checkbox and then confirmed by a validation email. Without that confirmation, your registration is not recorded.
Your data is used for no other purpose. It is never sold, rented or passed on to commercial partners.
Retention periods
- Confirmed registrations: until you unsubscribe, and at the latest three years after your last contact with us.
- Unconfirmed registrations: automatically deleted after thirty days.
- Proof of consent: kept for three years after the end of the relationship, as required by the regulation.
Recipients and processors
Your data is accessible to Mr Enzo Cartier and, where relevant, to the technical providers working on the website, strictly within the limits of their assignments.

Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link.
To exercise your rights, write tocontact@easyyachtclub.com. We reply within one month. If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority —cnil.fr — or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to registration data is restricted to those who need it and protected by two-factor authentication.
Changes
This policy may change, in particular when the company is registered or when the club opens. Any substantial change to the purposes will be notified to you by email.
